Names are
in lastname suffix,firstname format (no space after the
comma). For example,
- Smith Jr,John
Jones,Jane
- Enter any
part of an employee name to display a directory entry. For example,
- Entering doe,j would display the directory entries for
Doe,Jane and Doe,John.
Entering
doe jr,j would display the directory entry for Doe
Jr,John, but not for Doe,John.
Entering
lin would display the directory entries for
Franklin,Benjamin, Lincoln,Abraham,
and Pauling,Linus.
- A maximum
of 20 directory entries will be displayed for each search.
